Last year John lent his knowledge to a streambank stabilization/ restoration project down in New Zealand. The project took place near Auckland and was a nice showcase for some pretty innovative techniques. John does a great job outlining and discussing the project in this post. He also gave some great updates from the road here and here.
We really wanted to get a Dirt Time crew down there in order to capture the project for a new video. John’s partners were quite excited for this too. Unfortunately, scheduling conflicts kept the Dirt Time cameras from making the trip. Buuuuttt, the North Shore City Council and the Auckland Regional Council did secure another video company to document this exciting project. We think they did a great job.
